The American politics is controlled by the needs of the American military-industrial complex. The same is true for China and Russia. Democracy is just a conduit to camouflage the elites that control the economy, The commune elections in China is no different. In America, China, and Russia industrial military complexes control the economy, military and society. The supreme courts, the legislatures and the executive branches are set to serve the same.

The biggest questions in the mind of international think tanks circles around the thrust of the American permanent base in Iraq. Bush must deliver it before he leaves his office. The industrial military complex in America to deliver the presidency to George Bush staged the Year 2000 election fiasco very carefully. The Supreme Court in America is well structured to suit the needs of the same industrial military complex.

The security plan with Iraq is a secret process to create the infrastructure of a permanent base in the Middle East. President Bush said Saturday he is confident the United States can reach a long-term security agreement with Iraq, one that will not establish permanent U.S. bases there. However, any one with little common sense understands that Iraq war was started not by Bush alone but by the industrial military complex in America after brainwashing the common people in America through the use political propaganda and spin with the help of politicians, intellectuals and TC-Radio talk show hosts. Iraq invasion was the start of building a permanent base in the Middle East.

"If I were a betting man, we''ll reach an agreement with the Iraqis," Bush told a news conference in Paris after meeting with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

A top Iraqi official said this week the government is considering pulling out of the talks and devising its own plan.

Why does American industrial military complex want a permanent base in Iraq? The reasons are two - oil and oil. The first oil is to make sure the flow of oil is intact in the Middle East. The second oil is to make sure OPEC is under the threat of American military presence for the next fifty years so that American oil companies and oil infrastructure companies can operate freely in the world’s most lucrative oil fields.
