Tibetans ready to confront and snatch the Olympic torch as a Chinese team plans to take it the summit of the world's highest peak Mount Everest

The Tibetans are ready to confront the Chinese in Mount Everest. China plans to take the torch to mount Everest. Tibetans are planning to be there to greet the Chinese team well before the later arrive with the torch.

Chinese Army will guard the path to Mount Everest from the Chinese side. But the Tibetan separatists are on the other side in disguise. Nepal security authorities found some evidence that a massive showdown between the Tibetans and Chinese is imminent on the peak.

"We have deployed 25 army and police personnel on Mount Everest's Camp II to ensure safe passage when China carries the Olympic torch to the summit," Home ministry spokesman Ekmani Nepal said.

Sources from Dalai Lama is quiet. China is determined to take its military up the mountain with the torch to thwart any Tibetan protesters. The northern, Tibetan side of the 8,848-metre mountain will be closed off altogether to private expeditions.

But some surprise wait for china as Tibetans plan to snatch the torch right at the top of Mount Everest.
