Obama speech on race exposes right and left wing politicians making a career out of racial divide and controversies in America

Presidential hopeful Obama was challenged by the right wing media on his pastor’s comments. Eventually when main stream media joined the right wing slander bandwagon, Obama decided to provide America a perspective on race that will be remembered for centuries to come.

Obama dissected the American racial divide and challenged educated Americans to talk and accept the racial controversies. His speech was about how ‘old’ and ‘new’ America see things differently. The older generation confronts and cannot get over the racial divide. The new more educated and smarter Americans tend to cooperate, coexist and comfort each other. The media unfortunately is made up of oldies and therefore kept running the racially controversial clips of pastor of Obama.

It was a speech that will become part of social studies in every school and part of general education in every college and university of the world.

Obama did something today that will make use of race card laughable in future. Racism and race card is something older generation use because they cannot look beyond the past. Younger generation is the future of America. They want to be a part of nation that can be critical of its past and the present, and at the same time is able to work for a united prosperous future.
