Obama as President will bring India and US strategically closer
Preeti Singhani
Feb. 23, 2008

India will have real friend that does not tend to exploit her all the time. The changed America will recognize India as one of the leaders of the democratic world. India and ‘changed’ America will forge forward to create a better world and a working model for other developing and aspiring democracies.

"The world's oldest democracy (US) and the world's largest democracy (India) are natural partners, sharing important interests and fundamental democratic values," Obama said in the article for the next edition of the weekly newspaper headquartered in New York.

"In my life, I have always looked to Mahatma Gandhi as an inspiration, because he embodies the kind of transformational change that can be made when ordinary people come together to do extraordinary things," he wrote.

India never really like George Bush and his ‘silly and incompetent’ policies that failed every possible way. But India had to bow down to Bush and his right wing neo con whims.

Under President Obama the world will be different. After forty-five years, the world will have a superpower that is fair. Since John F. Kennedy, not a single US president helped the developing world and their citizens who are hungry for democracy, freedom and justice.

The oppressed will have a voice. People will be part of one – the humanity. The terrorists will bow down to charisma of President Obama.
