India wins against Sri Lanka – Yuvi goes for it
Anil Sanghvi
Feb. 19, 2008

Yes they made it finally. Fantastic innings by Dhoni and Yuvi. Yuvi left after striking a marvelous 76.

Dhoni fought it out against all odds. He stayed and guided the Indian victory over Sri Lanka.

Kumar Sangakkara played the familiar role of a saviour as his splendid century guided Sri Lanka to a competitive score of 238 for six in a crucial tri-series encounter against India in Adelaide on Tuesday.

The run rate for India is brisk - around 4.8 per over.

The left-hander smashed 128, his seventh ODI century, and put on 153 runs for the third wicket with his skipper Mahela Jayawardene (71) after the duo came together with the score reading six for two in the third over.
