Indian Defense Research and Development reaches another prestigious mark - under sea ballistic missile ready for testing

India is ready to test the under sea ballistic missile. Five other nations have the technology. India will be the sixth one. According to Chief Controller of the Defense Research and Development S Prahlada, Indian will soon test fire the missile K-15, with a range of 700-km, from a pontoon immersed in the sea.
Indian premier defense research organization DRDO is ready to implement the missile systems for Indian nuclear submarine fleet.
The sea-launched missiles will form crucial platform for the country's second-strike nuclear capability.
