India faces the reality in Maharashtra. Hindi-speaking Indians dominate the rest of India. That has been the case since 1947. There is proverb in India – ‘if you can win Uttar Pradesh, you can win New Delhi’s Federal Government’.

People of non-Hindi speaking India are fed up with Hindi oligarchs of Marwar, Gujarat, and many other places. These Hindi oligarchs slave non-Hindi speaking people.

On top of that there are Hindi speaking workers that come to Kolkata, Mumbai to gain meaningful well-paid employment.

In a sign that Shiv Sena is worried over its former leader Raj Thackeray ''hijacking'' its ''Marathi pride'' plank, Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray has warned that his party will not tolerate workers ''brought from outside'' for modernization of Mumbai airport. "There are going to be one lakh jobs for airport works. If you bring outside workers, then they will be packed off in a parcel and sent back in a cargo plane," Uddhav said.

According to some international think tanks, India may not survive as a united country if Uddhav Thackeray parcels back Hindi workers from Mharashtra. Kashmir, Assam, Megjhalaya, Manipur, and Nagaland are already singing the tune of secession. Now the trend appears to touch West Bengal and Maharashtra.
