India’s stand on fact and truth hold ground – ICC is forced to succumb on Bhaji case- India should not allow organized corruption in cricket by Australia
Ajit Parker
Jan. 29, 2008

There is no fair cricket these days after what Ponting and company has done. Correctly India threatened to end the Australian tour if the ruling was not overturned. ICC backed down from racial vindication of Indian Spin bowler Harbhajan Singh.

ICC is controlled and influenced by the Aussies. The Australian team, the apparatus around it work in an organized fashion to gang up on the rival from different directions. They influence ICC, the umpires, the pitch creation and so on to make sure no matter what they win.

India finally understood the game of Aussie cricket. India said ‘no’ to organized corruption in cricket. India threatened to cancel the remainder of the four-match test series. There were reports out of India on Monday that the team would not play the remainder of its Australian matches unless the suspension was overturned at the appeal hearing.

The International Cricket Council said following a one-day appeal hearing that the charge had been reduced to a lesser one of general abuse.

Instead of the suspension, Singh was fined 50 percent of his match fee which is about 3,000 Australian dollars from the second test at Sydney.
