Can Bloomberg beat Hillary and Romney?
Shankar Hotabi
Jan. 16, 2008

There is no doubt Hillary will win the nomination. The Clintons will use all the tricks typical of the establishment-supported candidates. There is little doubt that Romney will finally clinch the nomination at the Republican convention. Most likely Rudy Juliani will be the one that will hand over the nomination to Romney.

Whatever advantage Democrats have over the Republicans, it will be neutralized with moderate democrats boycotting the election with Hillary Clinton as the nominee from the Democratic Party. Some moderate Republicans and Democrats will vote against Hillary no matter who the Republican candidate is.

In the middle of this NY City mayor Bloomberg will run as an independent candidate. Republicans believe that is the best thing that can happen to them. They will be proven wrong. They will soon find that the real election will be fought between Hillary Clinton and Bloomberg. Republicans will not come out and vote in mass for Romney. Romney will end up with 20% of the total vote. The real battle will be to grab the rest 80%.

Bloomberg is not a black candidate. He has enough money to fund his campaign. He will be the new “Obama” against Hillary. The traditional left wing and democrats will vote for Hillary. Clinton haters will go for Bloomberg. All the Obama folks will also vote for Bloomberg.

Can Bloomberg beat Hillary and Romney?

Yes, he can. The traditional special interest driven democrats like teachers unions and so on can try to keep people from voting in Nevada but they cannot reverse the inevitable win by Bloomberg. It will be interesting to see how and what card the Clintons play against Bloomberg. Hopefully Bloomberg will be able to expose the corrupt democrats and their Queen Hillary Clinton.
