Dec. 13, 2007

Central Bureau of Investigation has obtained enough information to indict Marxist influenced West Bengal Police for the brutal killings of the common innocent people in Nandigram and helping armed Marxist cadres. But Supreme Court of India indicated that the investigation will continue without any charges for now.
Kolkata High Court order directing the investigating agency to initiate criminal proceedings against the police officials will be temporarily stopped. But the investigation will continue.
West Bengal police force is pro-Marxist and fully controlled by the Marxists. Indian paramilitary force CRPF finds it difficult to believe how West Bengal police force are working for the Marxists against the people of West Bengal.
A Bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan said the inquiry by the investigating agency will continue as per the High Court direction.
