Kapil Sanghvi

The left-hander duo showed some world-class cricket in the third and final cricket test between India and Pakistan. Sourav Ganguly (125 not out) and Yuvraj Singh (169), slammed magnificent centuries and took India to (365/5) after the first day of the final test match.

It was the magic spell of Yasir Arafat that got India into trouble initially. Kumble won the toss and decided to bat. He got Wasim Jaffer, and then he struck immediately to bowl VVS Laxman (5). Mohd Sami who first struck to break India's opening partnership, claiming Gautam Gambhir cheaply (5).

All eyes are now on Indian bowlers. The pitch will turn around fourth day. If India can clinch 500 or more runs, the chance of winning the match becomes excellent.

India leads 1-0 in the series following their six-wicket victory in the opening Test in New Delhi.
