The Bush Administration must realize its mistake in supporting Musharraf blindly. The time is now for a shift in policy and help Pakistan in achieving democracy. Pakistan, like Indians are part of South Asia. Unlike in Iraq, South Asians wants democracy and common people like to be heard. It is mistake to allow Musharraf continue to suppress freedom and claim he is fighting against the terrorists.

Describing President Pervez Musharraf as "Pakistan's one man calamity", former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has called on bush Administration to end the misguided policy. Musharraf has delivered nothing for Pakistan and America. The taliban sanctuary is in intact. After all Musharraf was behind creating and supporting the Talibans and the Al-Queda.
