Gloom dominates world stock markets markets can lose another 15% before the year end and another 30% next year

Dow Jones Industrial Average is racing downward with the target in mind 11,000 before the year-end. The world stock market saw one of the worst performances since the beginning of the year.
The S&P500 went down 3 per cent for the week. In London, the FTSE 100 fell 3.7 per cent on the week, while the FTSE Eurofirst 300 was down 3.1 per cent. Nasdaq 100 experienced its worst week since April 2002, losing 6.8 per cent. The tech sector is collapsing as recession take hold of the US economy.
Rising oil prices, falling home price and massive mortgage default and foreclosure is driving the finanncial meltdown. The markets are in chill right now. In the next several weeks as more international financial insitutions announce their writedowns and plummeting reserves, the marjkets can go rapidly down mimicking a mini crash 1987 style.
