US & EU will provide Iran limited economic assistance in exchange of disarming nuclear weapons and stopping Uranium enrichment. The proposal also says if does not agree to the same then the case will be referred to the UN Security Council for action.

According to media reports, the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush is prepared to go along with Britain, France and Germany and offer limited economic incentives to Iran if it terminates its nuclear enrichment program, The Associated Press reported March 11, citing two unnamed senior U.S. officials. Possible incentives include Iran's membership in the World Trade Organization and the sale of commercial aircraft parts to Tehran. In return, Washington received a firm commitment from the EU3 to refer Iran to the U.N. Security Council if it does not shut down its enrichment program.
