Involvement of Pakistani Government - streetlights were deliberately switched off to facilitate the suicide attack on Benazir’s motorcade

Bhutto is determined to find the missing link between the terrorists and the Government of Pakistan. She alleges the involvement of three Government officials of Musharraf’s Givernment. More interestingly she is trying to find under whose order in the Government the streets lights were turned off?
According to Pakistan news media, Sindh Chief Minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim, Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, who is also the cousin of PML-Q president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, and Intelligence Bureau chief Brig (retired) Ejaz Shah are the chief suspects in the camp of Benazir Bhutto.
All the three alleged have categorically denied any involvement. Secretly Bhutto’s PPP party is also negotiating with the covert ISI of Pakistan to disclose the involvement of Government.
The conspiracy was not a direct action by the Government. But, Bhutto believes Musharraf’s Government or the covert underworld part of ISI did know and facilitate the terror action by the Al-Queda and Taliban components.
Bhutto lost close to 200 ardent supporters. The attempt was to terrify her. No one believes they wanted to kill her. The question is simple who are the people that do not want to kill Benazir but make her weak and scared?
