The fortune from kickbacks on government contracts during her two terms as Prime Minister – will Musharraf give Benazir back the frozen hundreds of millions in Swiss bank?

People of Pakistan are not happy. The word in the streets of Karachi and Islamabad is - will Benazir Bhutto and her husband Asif Ali Zardari get back the bribes they received from the special interest kickbacks and accumulated hundreds of millions in Swiss Banks.

Well that is part of the game in politics. Who watches Musharraf’s billions in Swiss Banks? Who watches Sonia Gandhi’s Billions in Swiss Bank? Who is watching Putin’s billions in Swiss banks? Who is watching China’s communist leader’s hidden accumulated assets? Who is really going after accumulated special interest kickbacks in America?

People debate in Pakistan. Politicians and Military Generals are Olympic gold medallists in corruption and stealing people’s wealth through kickbacks and bribes. Why just point finger to Benazir Bhutto. She took a few hundred millions and kept them for her children in Dubai to be used when they grow up.

You do not have kings these days. But you have these so called ‘politicians’ that feed of special interests and kickback one way or other. Do not just blame the politicians and ward lords of Afghanistan and Ghana. It is no different in America, Russia, China, Brazil, India, or Pakistan. Question yourself; what was Iraq invasion of Iraq all about? It was just to help certain US contractors get the contracts they wanted. Were their kickbacks?
