Yuvi tried but failed. But where were the so call big names? The Aussies got a total of 290 and got rid of India for 243. Yuvi scored 121 but could not stop the Aussie storm.
Ponting is happier than before. But he is also worried that India might put up its younger agile Twenty20 team before him and the Aussie players.
Brett Lee and Brad Hogg took three wickets apiece to route the Indian batting. Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh stood up somewhat to the Aussie onslaught but it was not enough.
