The extraterrestrial UFOs carry the mind control technologies. They use gravitational waves and electromagnetic flux to control mind. They also have the capability to control mind through 3D time capsulated projections. What that means is that they can run be there without actually physically being there. They create scenarios that stimulate mind and then control the same conveniently.

Interestingly, homegrown Russian Mind Control Experiments are also in focus these days. No one knows how much of it is from reverse engineered extraterrestrial technologies from Soviet era. But one thing for certain, even the Americans are after this technology.

In Russia’s Psychotechnology Research Institute, human subjects submit to experiments aimed at manipulating their subconscious minds. The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is now closely looking at these technologies in Russia to screen passengers in the airport.

The classified information how the Russians control the mind or influence the mind is not open to public. However, their Semantic Stimuli Response Measurements Technology, or SSRM Tek, a software-based mind reader that supposedly tests a subject's involuntary response to subliminal messages.

According to some mind control tech experts, the Russians have much more arsenal in this field. The SSRM is just tip of the iceberg that they are exposing to the Americans.

The Russian Military has finally okayed the exposure of SSRM to Western world.
