How do you define bubble in the financial market? Simply put, it is a scenario when market sentiment is so bullish that investors are compelled to overlook the fundamentals and bid the prices higher beyond any reasoning.

Import and Export Prices clearly show the inflation while retail sales and consumer sentiment show stagnation. The stock market sentiment is so blindly bullish that the money managers handling billions of others people’s money are chasing the market without any reason. If they do not buy and the market goes up, they look really bad.

The bubble is here and it is ready to burst. Just like the real estate market the stock market bubble will bursts in the next few months. The inflation as manifested by steadily increasing import prices and the stagnating consumer and business sentiment is the recipe for a disaster in the stock market. But the market has a different mentality. It will keep going up till it can find the last bull around. After that one it starts plunging as gloom and doom sets in.
