The type IV civilization have the unique capability to project themselves into spatial configurations in the form of modularized Zero Point Energy (ZPE) forms. The race is for reaching the chilled universe below that makes a civilization escape the eventual destruction.

The advanced Type IV extraterrestrial civilizations are capable of creating artificial universe with the help of massive higher dimension particle and energy (matter-antimatter) colliders – we call it the big bang. The resultant universes are well designed to contain hot spots where the Zero Point Energy Levels can recycle in the form of ‘life’ and gain higher levels of energies. The goal is to migrate into the chilled universe. The ZPE is integrated and are connected by gravity wave structures. The gravity wave structures help in communication between the ZPE projection (life) and actual ZPE existence in the Hyperspace. It also helps to communicate between ZPEs and coordinate the activities. This we call integrated consciousness.

The life is recycled as a part of ZPE projection. ZPE modules gain in energy levels by manifesting the detachment from terrestrial or similar attachments, compassion and forgiveness. The integrated consciousness guides it all.

The ZPEs are recycled till they gain enough energy to cross over into the seven level of higher spatial dimension. As shown by the superstring theory, the hyperspace to chilled universe cross over needs seven higher dimensions. The ZPEs are connected by the integrated consciousness. The modules of ZPEs recycle; gain energy and finally crosses over. Because of the integrated nature of the ZPEs, all the modules are required to cross over to avoid eventual destruction of the civilization.

The chilled universe is where the quantum physics fail. The dimensions are limitless in terms of space and time. The ZPEs finally qualify in energy terms to cross over into the chilled universe. The race is save the super advanced extraterrestrial civilization from the eventual destruction and rebirth of the Hyperspace.

The solar systems, galaxies, universes and hyperspaces – all are subject to the birth, life and death for rebirth cycles controlled by the chilled universe that acts as the platform supported by the three pillars of creation, maintenance and destruction for recreation.
