Indian desi (native) body shoppers and call centers are facing increasing challenges in India from American body shoppers that have surfaced in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Interestingly, IBM India is openly recruiting the TCS’s experienced IT fissional with no virtual limit to salaries. The concept is simple. American companies like IBM outsource the American jobs to India and use the companies like TCS to get the lower end IT work done. American companies now want to discard the Indian desi (native) companies and get all the profit for themselves.

The competition of stealing IT professionals from Indian companies has reached a new height. Traditionally the Indian middle class would do anything to work for an American company than the typical desi native company. Indian culture among the middle class is to accept western offers with regard and lave little respect to desi traders that buys and sells bodies like TCS.

The country's largest software exporter TCS closed the year as the second highest spender. Tata group's IT arms booked a bill of over Rs. 7,700 crore for employee costs in the year.

The other two domestic IT giants, Infosys and Wipro, incurred employee expenses of Rs. 6,314 crore and Rs 5,768 crore respectively.

Satyam Computer's employee expenses stood at Rs 3,858 crore in FY07. Companies like Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, and Tech Mahindra recorded employee expenses of between Rs 1,000-2,500 crore each.

Most of the major spenders have seen an increase in their employee expenses in FY07.

While TCS'' bill increased from Rs. 4,720 crore in FY06, Infosys, Wipro, and Satyam also recorded higher employee expenses in their latest fiscal.
