Microsoft it seems will never change. Google told antitrust enforcers that Microsoft's new Windows Vista operating-system software puts rivals at a disadvantage. The allegations are the latest chapter in a rivalry that stretches from Web search to consumer software.

Microsoft denies the allegations as usual. It is time for Google to take the lead and create a new Internet Operating system. It is time to retire the Microsoft Windows from the desktop. Windows architecture is faulty and the software company will do anything needed to dominate the computing space. They just do not believe in fair competition.

The American and EU regulators can shut the door on Microsoft this time. But they have money. Gates foundation will come forward with billions to buy someone out.
