Indian Army equipped with high tech weapons systems is tracking every movement of the terrorists lining up in thousands in the Poonch sector of Jammu to cross over into India and create havoc among common people.
Three militants were killed as the army troops foiled an infiltration bid in Poonch district, defense officials said on Wednesday.
A group of about eight militants had sneaked into the Indian Territory via Sabra Gali in Mendhar sector of the district from across the Line of Control (LOC) on Tuesday, they said.
An exchange of fire took place between the security personnel and the militants in which three of the ultras were killed, while others fled back towards the Pakistani side, they said.
