Real estate brokers in deep trouble but they refuse homeowners to get out of listing contracts

The real estate crisis is far deeper among the brokers than the sellers. The prices are falling rapidly as buyers offer far less than the asked prices. But the brokers are sticking to their fat commissions. People arte very frustrated with these brokers. They charge fat commissions but they cannot move the houses. The sellers finally realize that the only way to sell the house is to get rid of the brokers and lower the price by the amount that would have gone to the useless broker anyway. But the brokers refusing to allow

Make sure you understand that these good for nothing brokers will not allow you to get out of the listing contracts once you sign the same. You can list with a broker but make sure you have a clause in the contract that for any reason you can get out of the contract at any time.

Homeowners are very frustrated. The brokers are refusing to lower the commission rates. They are not being able to get out of the listing contracts. This will damage the real estate brokerage businesses permanently. Real estate brokers will be wiped out as Internet and sell by owners directly take over in a declining market.
