A brisk attack would significantly delay its ''technical feasibility'' of Iranian nukes : Israel
Media Release
Apr. 28, 2007

Israel shows a glimpse of the plan to flatten Iranian nukes. Israeli Premier Ehud Olmert has said a 10 day blitz with 1,000 cruise missiles could severely damage Iran's nuclear programme.

"Iran's nuclear program can be thrown back by years in a ten day attack using thousand of Tomahawk cruise missiles," The Jerusalem Post online quoted Olmert as telling German magazine Focus in an interview published on Saturday.

The Prime Minister, however, said it would not be possible to completely destroy Iran's nuclear race, but a brisk attack would significantly delay its "technical feasibility".

Israel does not seek a military confrontation, but "nobody excludes it," he said.
