As the stock market bubble bursts Dow can plunge 3000 points in a few weeks
Fred Day
Apr. 26, 2007
The economy is running on thin ice. The final upswing is here. Its some times technically called final throw or blow off. How far can this madness go? No one can tell. It will run as long as liquidity is there to support madness. But sooner or later the liquidity will end. At that time Dow will plunge more than 3000 points in a few weeks.
The biggest negative is lower breadth and huge divergences between the stock market indices. In August of 1987, the market topped out silently. In 1929 market topped slowly first and then came the real jolt. It will no different this time. The way market internal control holders trap the common public is to all on a sudden drop the market so much that no one gets a chance to sell.
Common people will again get a full bath like in 2000-2002 or a few months 1987. They will not get a chance to take profit or sell at a moderate loss.
