Payal Rohatgi and Shibani ready to sizzle together?
According Bollywood expert’s recent statements from Payal Rohatgi on Shivani’s body exposure in Mazaa Mazaa is funny. They say both Payal and Shivani will be a fine pair sizzling in the same movie.
According to media reports, the actress who sizzled in Tauba Tauba now wants to cool things down. Claiming that her co-star in Mazaa Mazaa has crossed all limits of decency, Payal Rohatgi says she might quit the film. Payal blew her top when she saw the rushes of Mazaa Mazaa recently.
She reportedly found it hard to believe that newcomer Shibani had gone beyond anything she had done so far.
"I am very angry with the director Mr TLV Prasad because he has not done justice to the film. I have no problems with my role but the way the new girl has exposed is quite vulgar. There's a very fine line that divides sensuality and vulgarity and I think the film has crossed it.
"To be honest, I am not comfortable with the way Mazaa Mazaa has shaped up and have already voiced my concerns to Mr Prasad. In case he decides to ignore my objections, I will have no option but to disassociate myself from the film," she says.
The former supermodel insists she has a right to protest even if there is no direct distortion of her own role in the film: "I don’t want people to think I do these kind of films. The other girl plays a vamp, but she has crossed all limits. In fact the film is so offensive that I can’t watch it with my family. I agreed to do Mazaa Mazaa only because I had enjoyed working with Mr Prasad in Tauba Tauba and trusted him. I thought we shared a certain comfort level. However I must say that I don’t agree with his treatment of Mazaa Mazaa. What will people think of me if the film is released like this?"
Payal's verbal volley has no effect on Prasad. The actress is afraid of a little competition, he claims. According to him: "I don’t care what she says. She's just jealous of Shibani. Payal has only seen a few minutes of the rushes. She hasn’t seen the whole of Mazaa Mazaa. What makes her think that I have done injustice to the film? The film is complete and only a few finishing touches are left. So even if she refuses to continue her services, we can just go ahead and release Mazaa Mazaa by the end of March this year."
