A great buy opportunity for US Dollar as trade deficit widens
Peter Oberois
Apr. 13, 2007

The Chinese foreign exchange is increasing heavily at this time. The trade deficit is much worse than the street expectations. That is creating some solid pressure on the US dollar. But that can be the greatest buying opportunity in the decade.

US Administration is showing for the first time the signs of irritation with increasing Asian trade deficits. China is on a close watch. There is more than 80% chance that America and Europe will take action against Chinese resistance to opening their markets and protection of intellectual property matters.

If China follows up on its promises in securing intellectual property matters and opening its markets, it will be very bullish for US Dollars.

Analytics and quantitative models predict with more than 90% confidence level a 30% gain in US Dollar and Dollar based debt assets in the next two years.
