The stealth deflation does it again – it is fooling the Wall Street and the Fed – increase in consumer spending and riser in income
Sam Adelton
Mar. 30, 2007

It happened in Japan in the late eighties. It happened in 1929. The economy needs Fed to do nothing so that stagflation and change into deflation. The transformation process is in the happening and Fed is not thinking about the same for the time being.
Americans spent more and a gauge of business activity picked up along with inflation, making it less likely the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates in coming months.
It is the most interesting piece of data this month. The stealth deflation in the economy is able to confuse all – even the Wall Street gurus and the Federal Reserve.
When deflation takes hold the economy, the Dow Jones Industrial Average will plunge and close below 7,000 in the first leg and below 2,000 after the third leg. The first leg has started with an imminent collapse in April.
