The analytic models show catastrophic collapse in stock markets in the next few months. After that the markets will continue to go down slowly buy steadily.
According to some analysts, the hedge funds may trigger a crash in stock markets worldwide. A coordinated exit and the resultant stampede effect can become the root cause of the great collapse in stock markets worldwide.
China and India will hit worst. The manifestation of the crash in Chinese stock markets will be limited because Chinese stocks market is kind of controlled in comparison to that of other countries.

The Nasdaq and to some extent Dow are showing extreme negative divergences, complicities and negative technical signatures. The volume and breadth of the markets show sighs of distribution in a ‘hurry’ mode. Dow can drop below 10,000 by end of April.
