Close to 100 K Nonfarm Jobs points to stagflation changing to deflation driven recession
Peter Oberois
Mar. 9, 2007

Underemployment has finally transformed into rising unemployment. The stealth effect of deflation is finally here. The low nonfarm job growth and the declining rate of the same is the result of slowdown in manufacturing and construction sector.

The underemployment is slowly transforming into unemployment and that has real devastating effects on the economy. The underemployment was the hope and the transformation from low paying jobs to no paying jobs is sign of distress.

The stock market is adjusting itself to the reality. The market players realize that the market will go down sharply. They are finding ways to distribute the same to the crowd who will be eager to buy when the market start collapsing.

Where can Dow go from here? The counter trend bull rally seems to be over. It is for the next leg down.
