How far can gold go?
Peter Oberois
Feb. 26, 2007

Gold prices are driven by geopolitical events like Iran and a possibility meltdown of financial systems including currencies from the real estate and mortgage problems.

Gold is also a proffered commodity at the very start of deflation as interests start falling and dollar is weaker for the same reason.

Analytic models are pointing to an incomplete bill cycle in gold. As long as that is in tact gold can go up. After some corrective moves, gold can easily test $750-775. Most like it will fail to penetrate that level due to residue selling of central banks in Europe. After correcting from there gold can traverse towards $850 an ounce.
