Water shortage in India and China will be the root cause for world depression – Dow can collapse to 4,000
Glen Mendolsa
Feb. 7, 2007

It is just the question of time. The ‘High Flying’ economies have their one engine on fire. The water shortage and lack of clean usable water will be root cause for a sudden and vicious world depression that can drag Dow down to 4,000.

The water shortage in so severe that in India and China an epidemic can wipe out 40% of the population. The devastation can be so severe that world will know it as the worst time of mankind since known documented history of our civilization.

There is no water left in India and China. People live from home grown immunity to germs in the water. The water pollution is severe. The agriculture is getting contaminated. India and China will import water very soon

Even if we take the epidemic part of the story out, the industrial growth can be severely checked with shortage of water. Most of the industry including power generation depends heavily on cheap sources of water.

A world depression triggered by water shortage and its consequence can create serious problem for Dow. Dow can easily collapse to 4,000 in spite of super liquidity right now.
