The world stock markets in its last wave of bull rise – Europe advances on US interest rate outlook but fundamentals point to troubles.
The European stocks are advancing somewhat based on the US interest rate outlook. But the Euro zone growth is slowing very fast. The inflation outlook is comparatively high. The Euro bonds are getting ready for a blast off. The inflation in Europe will put a lid on the bond market advances.
The underemployment, stagflation and unemployment rise in Europe is significant. The UK unemployment reached a new high in recent years. The German sales tax increase will cause further problem.
The world stock markets are really vulnerable at this point.
