Democrats vow to bring oversight over corporate scandals including options backdating – KB Home now in trouble

KB Home said its chief executive used options backdating method to boost his remuneration by many folds. Another bad allple fell from the tree. An internal proble in KB home revealed the same. The process right now is if a corporation reveals by itself, they almost get away.
Things are going to change soon. The newly elected Democrats are planning to bring oversight process into Corporate Boardroom to stop these paid executives (servants of the companies) steal from investors, customers and other employees.
The House and Senate both will be looking into bringing transparency into the Corporate boardrooms. The secrecy in which these corporation have operated may end in 2007.
