All along the scientists were telling us that the most likely pace for extraterrestrial civilization of Type II and above will be in the outer edge of the Universe. The magnification effect of gravitational lenses and interpretation by smart algorithms are now showing interesting findings. Very intelligent life and thriving activities exist in very remote galaxies in the outer edge of the universe.

Abell 1835 IR1916, the newly discovered galaxy has a redshift of 10 and is located about 13,230 million light-years away. It is one of the furthest known galaxy in the outer edge of the universe. It was formed when the Universe was merely 470 million years young, that is, barely 3 percent of its current age.

According algorithmic interpretations, most likely type II and above civilization thrive there who can avoid the destruction of that part of the universe. They can control and avoid even the supernova of the star systems. The gravity wave distribution is different which means they have complete control over the gravitational interaction and can manipulate the gravity to control the interstellar movements.

There are indications that the intelligent extraterrestrial civilization has moved their galaxy to the outer edge of the universe to make sure they can use higher dimensions of the hyperspace.
