How Pakistan plans to fight an all out war with India this time?

Pakistani missiles will be useless. Pakistani Air Force and Army will retreat in a day or two. India will dominate the air space within a few hours of war declaration. But Pakistan has been developing its secret weapon system that will surprise India. India has started getting some taste of it.

It is called Pakistani military intelligence agency ISI. Sometimes in year 2000 after the defeat in Kargill war against India, Pakistan decided there is no use of competing with India in conventional arms race. India is big, twelfth richest country in the world and is a favorite of the West and the Russians. Pakistan created a shadow wing of ISI that is independent and detached from the main ISI. No one can trace its activities because it does not report to Pakistan Government. Islamic Jihadists, Saudi Arabian sympathizers and anti-Israel, ani-American, anti-Russian, anti-indian Islamic elements fund it. The shadow ISI with immense unaccounted funds, power and reach established deep and innumerable sleeping cells in India. These cells will be activated once Pakistan and India starts fighting the war.

A Pakistani general in 1998 while visiting Pakistani military posts in Pakistan occupied Kashmir said "this time we will take the war to India." In Kargil they did under the direct leadership of General Musharraf.- but in sneaky way cheating on mutual agreements between India and Pakistani militaries.

While Pakistan Army will try and defend its land, Pakistan's offense will come from terrorism in India through shadow ISI. There are close to 30,000 sleeping cells spread all over India. It is a virtual sleeping Army presence that Pakistan maintains in India covertly. Once in a while they try and practice. That is exactly what you saw in 7/11 Mumbai serial blasts. Think about it, only one sleeping cell created the 7/11 havoc in Mumbai.

If India wants to win the next war with Pakistan, it must eliminate these cells. Indian Army needs a covert and overt branch of RAW that is design to bust these cells. These cells are not always in and around Muslim communities. They are spread throughout highest and lowest levels of Indian society. It stretches its realm from Bollywood to the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force itself. It also stretches Indian CBI, law enforcement, politicians, social leaders and religious leaders of different religions.

They know they cannot match Indian conventional forces. Nuclear is not an option because Pakistan will just disappear from the map. Their techniques are new and can surprise every law enforcement officials in India!
