UnitedHealth group chose Lab Corp over esisting vendor Quest Diagonostic - a shift of $3 Billion dollar contract over 10 years.

According to some analysts the Quest Diagonostic's revenue will shrink by $365 million. The stock lost close to 10%.

A big complaint from the UnitedHealth customer was that they has to go from their Doctor's office to Quest for blood test.
