Graduating college and high school job sekers in US lacks basic and applied skills : US business leaders

According to a survey by the The Conference Board and the Society for Human Resource Management the new entrants to the US workforce are ill prepared to handle the contemporary complex intellectual and technically sophisticated work environment.
more than 400 US business leaders expressed their frustration over the incompetence of American high schools, colleges and Universtities.
They graduate with a lot of expectation but when they join the work force they find how little they got from their schools and universities. The survey results shows the incompetence, arrogance and ''care little'' nature of the American colleges, high schools and universitiies.
The basic problem lies in amth and communication skills. They do know how to write basic letters and compute in a technologically advanced environment.
