He owns close to 14% shares . He is now seeking other investors to join him in struggle to control ImClone. Will Icahn be able to remove the six of ImClone's 12 directors?

According to some analysts he will. But it will not be easy given the board structure of the company.

A struggle in coprorate America has started between the owners of the companies who own major stakes and those who are paid servants of the corporation. It started with HP few years back, it is ging on GM and now obviously it is flaring up in ImClone.
