AT&T spokes person was jubiliant at the news. Accorsing to some media reports, The FCC has circulated an order to approve AT&T's $67 billion purchase of BellSouth with no conditions. The agency will vote on the deal next month.
The news is the best for AT&T stock holders. The Bell South integration with AT&T will make the company stronger and dominant.
