Philly Fed report shows US economy isw slowing. How serious is the recessionary trend?

Philadelphia Federal Reserve’s business activity index for August had fallen to its lowest level for more than three years. Econometric models that use stochastics with probability and numerical analysis for macro-analytical mnodels have turned most bearish in the last 70 years. It seems we are facing a similar situation like nineteen thirties except this time it is global just not concentrated in America.

The global econmy can lose 30% of the aggregate GDPs over the next five years. That will be really devastating.
