Five members of parliament from Sir Lanka's Tamil National Alliance, considered close to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, on Sept. 21 sought Indian intervention to protect their community. This plea comes after the members of parliament said the cease-fire agreement with the government has completely broken down, and that armed groups supported by the Sri Lankan army were involved in serious human rights violations against Tamil citizens.
Experts predicts, India will have to do something.
