India will win tomorrow against West Indies - India ready to take it on
Sometimes underdogs outperform the favorite. It is time for that again. Indian cricket legeds will shine tomorrow with Dravid, Shewag and Tendulkar.
Indian coach is doing all that he can to bring the devastated team back to shape.
According to media reports, faced with an uphill task of winning both their matches to secure a place in the triseries final, Indian coach Greg Chappell today sought to ease the pressure on his team by telling the players to focus only on tomorrow's encounter against the West Indies.
Chappell said it was important to put up a good performance and win the next match rather than worry about the second game at this stage.
"We don''t have to think about winning the two consecutive matches... but we have to win the first one first," Chappell told reporters on the eve of the match to be played at the Kinrara Oval.
"We have to put together a good performance for the first one and then we will worry about the second. If we start looking too far ahead we will make mistakes," he said.
The shock Carribean victory over Australia in the last match has left India with no option than to win their remaining two league matches for a place in the final.
Chappell said the team for tomorrow's match had not yet been picked. "(But) There will be some changes though not big changes," he said.
He said the West Indies were doing quite well. "That's good for them but we are more worried about we doing well."
