America needs a ''good''victory to get out of Iraq.Lou Dobbs of CNN says to US Generals - Deliver the best of you - a solid victory that America caqn be proud of.

Lou is right - it is time to create a spectacular victor that will become a military milestone in combating terror centered insurgency. The military needs to be revamped to deliver a blow to Al-Queda at the heart of their core operation. It may need signal, field and remote viewing intelligence and superclass markmanship.

It is time for America to become strong and stand up to the Talibans and the Al_Queda's newly reengineered decentralized networks.
