Birla outsourcing buys Canada’s largest back office provider Minacs Worldwide for $125 million

Transworks, the business process outsourcing arm of the Aditya Vikram Birla Group, on Saturday said it will buy out Canada’s largest back office provider Minacs Worldwide for $125 million, catapulting the acquirer to the top three Indian BPO firms from its current 15th position.
