Another beheading? Iraq group threatens to kill Filipino hostage – TV

An Iraqi group has threatened to kill the unnamed Filipino hostage if Manila does not withdraw its forces from the country winthin 72 hours. Gunmen have seized a Filipino man working in Iraq and threatened to kill him unless Manila withdraws its forces from the country within 72 hours, the Arabic satellite channel Al Jazeera said on Wednesday. The group said it killed an Iraqi security guard with the Filipino, who, it said, worked for a Saudi company working with U.S. forces, Al Jazeera reported. 
The Philippines has about 50 military personnel in Iraq. Al Jazeera showed a video tape of three gunmen and a man dressed in an orange jumpsuit kneeling in front of them. 
The video showed the identity card of a man named as Hafidh H Amer, an employee of a security services company, purportedly killed by the group. 
A banner behind the men identified the group as the Khalid bin Waleed Corps of the Islamic Army in Iraq, named after an early Islamic military leader. 
Armed groups in Iraq have seized dozens of foreigners in recent weeks. One group has beheaded two captives, one American and one South Korean .
