Yoga instructor B K S Iyengar, Vajpayee, Premji of Wipro, Aishwarya Rai included in Time magazine list of the world's 100 most powerful and influential people

Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Wipro Chairman Azim Premji, actress Aishwarya Rai and Yoga guru BKS Iyengar figure in a Time magazine list of the world's 100 most powerful and influential people. The list is split into five categories -- Leaders and Revolutionaries, Builders and Titans, Scientists and Thinkers, Heroes and Icons and Artists and Entertainers -- with 20 names in each.Yoga instructor B K S Iyengar is included in the Heroes and Icons category, which also mentions former South African president Nelson Mandela, Burmese pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi and the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama, among others.Rai shares the limelight in the Artists and Entertainers category with Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman, singer Norah Jones and author of the Harry Potter series J K Rowling.Premji is clubbed with media tycoon Rupert Murdoch and Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina.
Vajpayee finds mention along with world leaders like US President George W Bush, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Hu Jintao and United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan. Interestingly, Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is also included in the category of Leaders and Revolutionaries.
